The Burgaw Area Chamber of Commerce is a membership-based, non-profit organization. Our members and volunteers are united by a single goal: to improve the economy and enhance the overall quality of our community by supporting the vision of empowering local businesses.

About

IT'S WHAT WE DO!

The Burgaw Area Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization of businesses and professionals who share a common goal of improving the local business climate. The goal is achieved through business advocacy, business assistance and business and community promotion. The area’s economic well being is related directly to the caliber of work that is done by the Burgaw Chamber.

There are two primary functions of a Chamber of Commerce:

  1. It acts as a spokesman for the business and professional community and translates into action the group thinking of its members.
  2. It renders specific services of a type that can be most effectively rendered by a community organization both to its members and to the community as a whole.
